We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

Refunds

We don’t issue refunds usually but they are offered only on error faced in shipping or parcel. If the piece has been damaged we can exchange it otherwise we don’t offer any compensation or refunds. On the other hand, if the product gets harmed in the future you can come to the nearby BTL outlet and we can repair it for you. if you want home delivery services, they may apply.

No exchange policy and 3 months warranty:

We don’t offer any sort of exchange policy. And the warranty is for about 3 months. Our warranty policy includes all parts of the ride on except for the battery. In the time period of 3 months, if the car faces any sort of harm, issue or the parts stop working. We order the respective part on import or if the part is already available we provide it to our valuable customers. It depends, if the car has been burned and short circuit we will repair the car but it isn’t included in Warranty policy.

Lifetime Guarantee:

While the other toy brand offers a month guarantee, we offer a lifetime guarantee to our customers. Our toys are made up of high quality and durable material that will stay in usage for a long time and in process, if the toy gets damaged you can bring it to your nearby BTL outlet and we can repair it for you. If you want home delivery services, they may apply.

Content

The content found on or through this Service are the property of BTL TOYS or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. Intellectual Property Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BTL TOYS and its licensors.
